1. What types of books do you sell?

We offer both new and gently used books, including bestsellers, classics, and unique finds. Each used book is carefully inspected for quality.

2. Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship only within the United States.

3. How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free for all orders.

4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • Handling time: 1–5 business days (Monday – Friday)

  • Transit time: 2–3 business days

  • Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days

5. Can I pick up my order in-store?

Yes! Customers in Portland can pick up orders at our store:
3415 SE Belmont St, Portland, OR 97214.
Please schedule your pickup by contacting us in advance.

6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery. Returns can be made in-store or by mail, with a prepaid return label included. Refunds are processed within 14 days.

7. Can I exchange a book?
